A true story . . . . today I got invited by No10, through twitter, to a live blog (http://74.50.104.190/?page_id=29) of the Business Call To Action conference. I made a couple of comments (see http://tinyurl.com/5csfaa) and so did a &#039;Sarah&#039; who said:

I&#039;m writing a report on the social benefits of the Internet / citizen empowerment and came here for research purposes. Very helpful, thank you!

And we are now in direct contact . . . working the Web 2.0 way!

I will be taking your advice on mapping and will be starting by setting up my workspace on the web so that others can help me (and themselves) out.

I&#039;m starting with no preconceptions except one and that is that it&#039;s about building on what&#039;s already there.
